A High Power Solution For Underground Work.

Compact Dimensions:
The QL 125 Laser is designed for use when space is limited. Its short length means the laser can be used in tight bends and narrow manholes.
The minimum pipe diameter is 5 inches (125 mm).

Robust Housing:
The robust cast-aluminium housing is a common feature of QBL's Pipe Lasers, A sensitive sensor reliably compensates for external vibrations.

Accuracy:
Pipe laying demands precision over long distances; therefore, the QL 125 has to work accurately. Consistent precision and reliability are ensured by the robust mechanism, optics and electronics, all designed for life on site.

Inclination Angle:
The QL 125 can cope with the inclines and declines typically found in civil engineering and utility work. Even grades of -10 to +40% are no problem for the QL 125.

Manual Alignment:
The manual alignment function allows you to direct the laser by remote control onto a reference rod outside the excavation,without later having to use the grade-setting control once more in the manhole.

1. Set the desired grade.
2. Direct the laser beam onto the reference rod.
3. Press the alignment button to return the laser beam to the original grade setting - the line is exactly preserved.

Manual Cross Axis Leveling:
Cross axis orientation can be done very conveniently using the digital spirit level shown on the display. If the the cross axis is exceeded, the QL 125 warns the user with a pulsating beam.

Lithium-ion Batteries:
Lithium-ion batteries ensure that the QL 125 is always ready for action. A second battery (optional) can be charged outside the laser.

Clear display:
The display has large characters and provides easy-to-read information about grade, line, cross axis inclination, tilt, battery charge state and more. The illuminated display can be easily read, even in the dark.

Waterproof:
The housing is water-and dust-proof to IP68 standard and can be immersed without problems. No matter how quickly water and dirt appear in the invert, the QL 125 can withstand it.

Versatile Configuration:
Interchangeable feet allow the QL 125 to be configured to suit the widest range of site situations. The target plate does not require any extra feet.

Convenient Remote Control:
The remote control has arrange of 330 feet (100 m). All the important functions can be set using the remote control. The sleep mode saves battery life when taking breaks from work,

Pivot Point and 5/8" Thread:
The bright LED on the top indicates the pivot point of the device and allows exact alignment. The 5/8" tripod mount on the underside is also centered on the pivot point.
