Insured Shipping

All order shipped internationally are insured with the carrier.  Order shipped via the U.S. Postal Service are shipped through their Express Mail International Service®.  Inquiries or reports concerning the loss, damage, missing contents, or improper delivery must be done no later than 90 days from mailing date.  The U.S. sender, Laser Levels USA, must initiate the inquiry.  You can contact us a support@laserlevelsusa.com to have us begin the inquiry process.  Go to the following link to read more about how the U.S. Postal Service conducts the inquiry process:  http://pe.usps.gov/text/imm/immc9_002.htm#ep1116034

Returning International Orders

All orders sold internationally are final.  Laser Levels USA does not accept returns on any order sold internationally.

Warranty Limitations

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if appropriate).
If you decide to take a chance that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid and order anyway, please be sure to fill out and return all warranty cards as soon as you receive your shipment.

Please also keep the following in mind if you are ordering from a country other than the United States:  If warranty does apply to the international order and Items are to be returned for repair work under warranty, they usually must be returned to the country of origin and in this case this will be to the United States.  The customer will usually be required to pay all shipping and customs charges and fees.  Laser Levels USA and/or the manufacturers will not pay for these charges and fees.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. When ordering from Laser Levels USA, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Status of Order

Before the order is shipped to an international customer, customs papers must be completed by Laser Levels USA.  As soon as the order is turned over to the carrier for international shipment, the customer will receive an email with the tracking number and carrier's link.

International Shipping Costs

International shipping costs are based on weight.  Shipping costs are automatically calculated when you place your order.  If you are interested in what the shipping costs would be before placing your order, follow these steps while refering to the following two charts.

1. Enter the Price Group vs Country Chart and find what price group that your country in is.
2. Next obtain the weight of the products that you are interested.  Each product's weight can be found next to the product price on each of the product pages.  Add up the weights of all products that you are interested in for a total weight.
3. Enter the Weight vs Price Group Chart reading the Price Group on the top of the chart and the weight range on the left side to find the shipping cost.

Christian Restricted Nations

Laser Levels USA will not ship to Christian Restricted Nations.  Christian Restricted Nations are those countries that are indentified by The Voice of the Martyrs organization as those whose government policies or practice prevents Christians from obtaining Bibles or other Christian literature.  Also included are countries with government-sanctioned circumstances or anti-Christian laws that lead to Christians being harassed, imprisoned, killed or deprived of possessions or liberties because of their witness.

The following countries have been identified as Christian Restricted Nations and are those countries that Laser Levels USA do not include as shipping destinations:  Afghanistan, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Banladesh, Belarus, Bhutan, Brunei, Burma (Myanmar), China, Comoros, Cuba, Eqypt, Eritrea, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Kyrgyzstan, Laos, Libya, Malaysia, Maldives, Mauritania, Morocco, North Korea, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Tunisia, Turkmenistan, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vietnam, and Yemen.
