Payment Methods

Credit Cards: 

• We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover® for mail and internet orders.  All orders placed via this website are secure. This means that your credit card number and all other sensitive information will be protected by encryption.   All orders placed with a credit card, must submit the billing address of the credit card (where you receive your monthly credit card statements).

• When you place an online order, your credit card information is sent directly to the credit card processor via a secure (SSL) channel so that no one can intercept your personal data.

• We fully respect your privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you. The information which you provide will not be made available to third parties.

• All orders are screened for fraud.  See our Fraud Protection Policy.

• You may purchase by credit card via U.S. mail through our website order form or by using our downloadable order form  and mailing it in.  Shipping is based on shipping weight.  Once you have listed everything that you intend to purchase on the form, add up shipping weights and compare to the Shipping Weight /Shipping Cost Table or contact us by email for a shipping cost quote.  All addresses, telephone number, and credit card information is required on the form since the information must pass the same fraud protection filter as required with internet orders.  Any missing information will delay the order.

Check and Money Orders:

• We will also accept personal checks and money orders; however, personal checks will be allowed to clear before shipment will occur. When purchasing via personal check, care must be taken that the correct shipping and handling costs and sales taxes are included on the Order Form. Note that sales taxes are only collected if the order originates in California (add 7.25 percent to total amount before shipping). • All international orders paying by money order must be paid in U.S. dollars or they will not be accepted.  The only money orders Laser Levels USA will accept from international customers are Western Union money orders.

NET 30 Payment Terms and Purchase Orders:

• Companies may apply for Net 30 payment terms, which means that payment is due at the end of 30 days from the date of invoice. The debtor is free to pay before the due date.   Late payments however will incur a 2 percent fee, compounded monthly.

• All recognized government agencies, schools, and universities may also apply for Net 30 payment terms.

• Laser Levels USA will not accept Net 30 payment terms or other similar forms of credit line for international orders.

Warranties

Laser Levels USA does not offer any product warranty for the products that they sell.  Any and all product warranties are offered by the manufacturer. Click on the following icons to view the manufacturers' warranty pages:

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it's shipped for any reason.  You'll receive a full refund minus bank charges.  Please contact us at support@laserlevelsusa.com.

• If the merchandise has already been shipped you'll have to pay all of the shipping and handling charges and restocking fees may apply.

• If we've specially ordered merchandise for you, it's non-cancelable.

Misprints

• Laser Levels USA makes every effort to provide you with an error-free website.  If there is an typographical error, a pricing error, or a product description error originating from one of our suppliers; Laser Levels USA shall reserve the right to reject or terminate any order placed for the product listed for the incorrect price.  Laser Levels USA further reserves the right to reject or terminate any such order whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.

• Pictures are provided for illustration purposes only, and may not be exact.  Illustrations are provided to display the products, and may include items not necessarily included in the purchase price. 

• Specifications may change without notice.  Items in this web site come from various sources around the world.  We're bound to fluctuating currency exchange rates which occasionally affect prices.  And some products are discontinued without our prior knowledge.  All items offered for sale are subject to availability.  If we find an item in your order has changed, we'll notify you immediately.
