We collect 7.25 % state sales tax when shipping to the state of California.

Shipping Details - Continental USA

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.

Shipping Weight /Shipping Cost Table

Shipping charges are calculated based on your order total shipping weight. Our goal is not to make a profit on the shipping and packing costs, but to break even. This is what we are doing by equating package weight with your order subtotal.

Please note that since we ship UPS and USPS, we must have a physical shipping address. If you provide an incorrect shipping address, or refuse shipment (not due to shipping damage), a reassignment fee and/or restocking fee may apply.

For orders that need to be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or overseas countries please submit your order and we will contact you by email with any additional charges (if they apply). We will process your order once we receive your permission.

Shipments to Overnight Stay Locations

Due to security issues, we do not ship to any overnight stay location. This includes hotels, motels, campgrounds, etc.

Orders Damaged in Delivery

If you've found damage or if merchandise is missing, please keep the original shipping carton and contact the carrier: United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or U.S. Postal Service to file a claim.  Please do not return the merchandise to Laser Levels USA.  This will only delay replacement and you may lose the issuance of credit from the carrier.

Return Policy

All laser levels and survey instruments have been calibrated before being shipped.  In the event that an item is found to be defective or shipped in error it may be returned; however, contact Laser Levels USA or the manufacturer's Service Department to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number to return to an authorized service center.  No packages will be accepted without an R.M.A. number.

Some manufacturers may require a restocking fee if a return is found not to be defective or shipped in error.  Some manufacturers may only accept returns for credit.
Required repair/calibration must be done by an authorized service center or the warranty, if applicable, will be void and there will be NO WARRANTY.  Laser Levels USA is not an authorized service center.  Please be sure to fill out and return all warranty cards as soon as you receive your shipment.

Repair of Older Equipment

While Laser Levels USA does not repair older equipment in-house, we would be glad to refer you to the respective manufacturer with their contact information. Sometimes manufacturers repair their products or they can sometimes refer you to someone that they recommend.
