PLS WARRANTY AND EXCHANGE PROGRAM
All PLS laser tools have a one year warranty from the date of purchase. Exchanges and replacements fall into 3 distinct categories and are handled differently:
- Out of Box Failure – within 30 days of purchase
- - No beams
- - No tilt
- - Jobsite failure due to factory defect, no impacts or abuse
- - Replace defective tool to customer and return defective tool and claim credit from PLS
- ETN Warranty (more than 30 days after purchase)
- - Jobsite failure due to factory defect, no impacts or abuse
- - Replace with ETN tool
- - Return defective tool and claim credit from PLS
- ETN Non-Warranty
- - Tool is past one year warranty period
- - Obvious signs of impact or abuse
- - Sell ETN Tool
- - No need to send tool back to PLS
