Measuring Wheel

The Measuring Wheel is a great tool to take quick measurements for estimating work on the project site.  The mason can determine the length of the wall or the area of coverage of the paving stone.   The underground contractor can determine the length of pipe or how much trenching needs to be done on the project.  The landscaper can determine how many sections of pipe he needs for installing sprinklers or how many square feet of sod needed to create a lawn. The distance Measuring Wheel saves time and money by  turning the two-man job of pulling the steel tape around on the job site to a one-man job of rolling the distance out.

The wheel measuring tool can be used indoors or outdoors.  Generally, distance measuring wheel products with large wheels are for outdoor use on rougher ground.  Those with small wheels are for indoor use, and those with medium-sized wheels can be used either indoors or outdoors.  Some Wheels measure in English units and others in metric.  Wheel measuring tool products also can be found that will collapse for easy storage.
