What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

We will also accept personal checks and money orders; however, personal checks will be allowed to clear before shipment will occur.  When purchasing via personal check, care must be taken that the correct shipping and handling costs and sales taxes are included.  Note that sales taxes are only collected if the order originates in California (add 8.25 percent to total amount before shipping).  See our Policies Page for shipping and handling rates.  If unsure how to calculate shipping and handling rates, contact us at support@laserlevelsusa.com for help.


What is your Shipping Policy?

Most Items will ship within 2 to 15 business days. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.  International shipping will take an additional one to two weeks for customs papers to be fulled out and the delivery in the customer's country to be completed.  A tracking number will be emailed to the custom once the order begins the international shipping process.


What do I do if I have problems with my order?

If you have problems with your order please contact us first thing. Then we can help you get your questions and concerns resolved quickly.


Is your site secure?

Yes. Our site is hosted on secure servers and the checkout process is encrypted for your protection.


What if I'm looking for an item that you don't currently carry?

Due to our ever expanding product line an item we carry may not yet be featured. If you can't find the item you are looking for please contact us with the product name and description and we will do what we can to help.

Who actually backs the laser levels and other products with a warranty?

The warranties are put in place by the manufacturers and not by the merchant, Laser Levels USA.  For more information on each manufacturer's product warranty, see the General Policies Page.

 

When I need to send a laser level or other instrument in for warranty repair, do I have to pay anything?

All manufacturers have warranties that are a little different from one another. Generally, the manufacturer’s warranty pays for the parts and the labor to do the repair. Shipping to get the instrument to the manufacturer or service center is usually the responsibility of the instrument owner not Laser Levels USA or the manufacturer. If the instrument owner is an international customer, the customer must also pay any customs fees. The manufacturer usually will pay for the return shipping for domestic customers, but international customers must also pay for the added international shipping costs to return the item to the international customer's country. For the warranty variations, please check each manufacturer’s warranty for the particular product that you own.
