These CST/Berger Contractors Tripods feature a positive locking rapid release clamp. The aluminum hinge, shoe castings, and clamp are durable and lightweight. Hinges are fastened with screws, not rivets. the shoulder strap is made of heavy-duty poly-webbing. Castings finished with durable and long-lasting power coating. Stud is 5/8"-11 threads. Shoe points are replaceable and hinge screws are individually tightened. The tripod head is 25 percent larger. Legs are prevented from slipping out with hinge stops.
